Copper spontaneous-fermented beer matured in oak barrels, the "classic" craft beer for meditation. Behind it there is the same inspiration of our Divina, infact it has sour, vinous and fruity hints, with slight wild-flowers notes.
Excellent with red meat, herbal cheeses and goat cheeses, shellfish and fruit tarts.
Good as aperitif, not just during the summer, but also during the coldest seasons.

Cloudy light amber with a small white head. A bit dusty aroma, funky with wood, fruit and fungus and cellar. Tart flavour with fruit and berries, some wood and spice and lots of cellar character.

Bottle. A big, off-white head leaving lacings sits on top of an unclear, golden-orange body. Chalky, almost milkysour nose with fruityness and citrus peel. Sour and acidic on the palate, dry and medium bodied. Hard carbonation. Well, this one shows that barrel ageing don’t have to be a good thing. 110820
