Bottle shared Bermondsey - picked up years ago. Vintage 2013. Pours clear honey-gold. Nose of jammy apples, some bread, honey. Medium sweet flavour, some white sugar, mild bitter skins, subtle acidity. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more ripening apples, golden delicious, more mellow tartness. Pretty tasty.

Very nice. Tart red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/hay/herbal/grass/lt pepper. Semisweet/med-hi carb. Lingering acids/tannin/drying. Nice fruit complexity/balance. Mild warmth. Easy sipping. Held up great 4 years+. Got better as it warmed. Heirloom style.

Tasting at Papsø’s, corked bottle
Blond color, with a large but short lived head. Nice, fresh, apples aroma, but no particular sign or depth. Semi-dry mouthfeel, with apples flavor, very light tannins, and a quite well blended alcohol presence. Decent, elegant, although missing some true character.
