The beer is meant to be consumed and treated like a red wine. We expect there will be little to no bubbles. The oak presence is quite strong and the beer certainly will develop into a much rounder ale with some time in the cellar. Not all our beers are designed to be consumed early in their life. We took a chance with this one that more time would be a benefit to the blend. We expect those who have the patience to wait will be rewarded

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of MasterSki. Pours a cloudy amber with a tiny off-white head. Lovely sour aroma, overripe - almost rotten - fruit with an oaky edge. Medium body, low carbonation, heavy oak that almost overpowers the sourness. Nice Bretty edge, an underlying sweet caramel sweetness. The tartness really grows. Lovely. 260412

BIg time thanks to my boy Dak for hookin’ me up with this gem. Murky butt mud in color with a minuscule white head. Grape, funk, and vinegar aromas. Fantastic flavors that remind me of Don Quixote. Grape, strawberry, mild vinegar, funk, and tart fruit flavors. WOW, I’m really impressed....
