On tap at il Punto. A nice clear copper colour with no head. Aroma is intense sweet plum, light caramel, sweet malt. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and slightly sour, again loads of plums but balanced by lots of oak. Finished sweet and fruity. Very nice sour.

Boreft Beer Festival 2011: Dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of grain, ash, funk and fruit. Thinish and a bit tart caramel and fruit flavour. Not quite in any harmony

Draught @ Borefts Bier Festival 2011, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.Dark brown red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, eggs, barnyard, wood, tart, sulfur notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration. IMO. not the best Loverbeer unlike normal a bit unbalance and piky ... Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110923]

Draught at Borefts 2011. Good citric aroma. Very dark brown colour, looks cloudy. No head at all. The flavour is nicely citric. Ends on a dry, lactic Berliner Weisse note.

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival, 2011. Pours ruby amber with no head. Almondy and tart. Dry flavor with a bit of funk and too much almond. A little bland actually.

Draft courtesy of LoverBeer at BBF 2011. Almost black, brown head. Taste is sour chocolate covered plums. Aroma is summer fruit dipped in coffee. Good stuff.
