Taster at Barbarian, C. Manuel Bonilla 108, Lima. Almost clear, dark amber colored. AROMA- pale plum, cherry, caramel, biscuits. FLAVOR- dry, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Hardly average.
