Taster at Cervecería del Valle Sagrado, Taproom Miraflores, Lima. Almost clear, reddish amber colored. AROMA- pale plums, plums, alcohol, biscuits. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, warming, plum, cherry, berries, touch of coffee. Medium bodied. Good.
