To complete the more complex taste, we added some great spices. This beer refreshes and at the same time delights on long winter evenings by the fireplace like no other.

Tap at Cobolis with Gurthnar. Hazy dark red body, pinkish head. Bit funky aroma, light cherry, definitely a lot of chokeberry/aronia. Lean light chokeberry-driven taste, sweetish, tart, mildly funkyy well balanced, well restrained berry, just tasty!

Draught at the brewpub. Almost clear, deep red colored. AROMA- kettle and funky sour tones, aronia, touch of star anise. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, aronia, touch of star anise and cinnamon. Medium bodied. Very good.
