Yellow and hazy with an unmistakable banana aroma. Balanced wheat malt, some citrus and subtle clove round out the flavor profile.

Taster at Zion Brew Pub. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- herbal, citrusy, apricot, clove, yeasty. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, herbal, citrusy, clove. Medium bodied. Well, not really German style, but not bad.

On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Pale, unclear yellow color, with a small, white head. The nose is bitter lemon peel, coriander, wet grass, straw, and dry earth. Sweet and citrusy, with a mild, off bitterness. Light body, dusty, lightly acidic, and sharp. This is an odd, unpleasant, overhopped hefeweizen.
