Sweet bonus from Beerman6686. Pours deep gold with thin off white head. The aroma is full and yummy with citrus tangelo and grapefruit hops. Yum. The taste is smooth and a bit thin with flavored citrus tangelo juice mixing with an increasing amount of grapefruit hop bitterness. By midway a mild level of sweet maltiness and graininess surface. This is a solid IPA but timid IIPA. Very tasty either way.

Light amber color. The aroma is nice, hoppy and resiny, sharp. Quite good body strength; there is some malt flavor, some caramel, strong toffee; and extreme bitterness, harsh, powerful, resiny, with just a touch of citrus fruits.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of Storm. Clear, amber golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Very citrusy hop accents from the Centennial in the aroma. Medium body, dry as a bone and very hoppy with only a vague, underlying sweetness. 310807

22 fl oz bottle. Pours orange golden with lacing head. Peach ad grapefruit aroma, quite inviting. Grapefruit flavour with solid caramel malt base. Classic fruity finish. Classic ipa, only the aroma is somewhat different.

Bottle from bgburdman9; Citrusy (orange smelling), flowery aroma, very hoppy; slightly hazed orenge with a medium glass-lacing yellowish head; flavor isorangish combined with medium hop bitterness along with some minor caramel malt notes. Pretty darn good, but still not quite as good as my favorite Moylans I compare IPAs to!

Bottle pours a hazy dull orange amber with a thin light tan head. Thin even sheets of lacing. Aroma is mellow, sweet, fruity lke melons and lacking the sharp zing of the IIPAs Ive had recently. Flavor is very bold and up front. Balanced and huge. Big malty profule and lots of bittering hops duke it out for a knock-down drag-out. Rather highly carb’d and a rich palate. Sharp lingering bitterness. NIce. Not for the faint of heart. Thanks Pinkzambia for sharing your Secret Santa goodies,.

Pours a cloudy strawberry blonde color, with very minimal lace - flat, bland aroma, with faint grapefruit, biscuit and a phenolic/alcohol smell - nearly no carbonation in the mouthfeel - my second oxidized beer of the evening (lucky me) - flavor is mostly watery, with orange sweetness and an eventual hop character that adds an unpleasant metallic bitterness - I guess this stuff really needs to be consumed fresh - thanks anyway OhioDad =).

Bright bronze colour. Chewy, piney hops with plenty of crystal malt in the aroma. Sweet & bitter flavour with piney hops. A simple imperial IPA two-step that I’ve seen a dozen times before.
