Cask at Banker Boy. Hazy, deep gold. Herbal, grassy nose, citrus, clean malt. Flavors of orange, lemon, herbs, crackery malt, nice peppery finish. A bit soapy on the body, but good.

Pretty much a clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light pale malts, touch of grain. Very light orange citrus. Light semi dry finish. Annoyingly weak stuff by Fullers. You can go to any half decent Camra festival and find a dozen better Golden Ales than this. Lame.

Fuller’s Oliver’s Island @ GBBF. Is pale light gold with citrus hops and a light buttery aroma. Light body, refreshing mild hop bite.

Draught. Clear deep golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of bread, hay, earth, candy and sweet malt. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of bread, hay, earth and candy. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Meh.

Annars trevlig.

Cask-conditioned at the Windmill, Portishead 3/7/2015. Deep gold in colour with next to no head. Sweetish malts, a hint of stone fruits and moderately bitter finish. A bit dull, but solid.
