Cask at the Olde Mitre, London EC1. Pours a clear bright golden/Amber colour with a lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is mildly hoppy, with tropical fruits and grass. Medium sweet, light level of bitterness. Light body, texture a little sticky, low level of carbonation. Finish has a touch of dryness. It doesn’t really do a lot for me.

Cask at the Euston Flyer, Euston. Standard golden with a small white head. Malty cereal aroma. Taste is sweet with a massive hit of raw grain in the finish. Unfocused and ungood. A let-down.

On cask @ Fuller’s pub at Heathrow Terminal 2. 3.8%. * Golden fresh beginning. Easy to drink with nice hints of citrus. Smooth and fresh. The body is full, not too deep but the lemon-twist makes ist interesting. Nice fresh blond finish with a nice lemon my flavour remaining with a fresh golden ale aroma on the tongue.

Cask at the Three Guineas, Reading. Golden-amber with a white head. Caramel, a little hint of lemon and then a mild mineral bitterness to finish. Thin and watery. Very disappointing, especially compared to Fullers usual standards.

Half pint, from cask at The Parcel Yard, King’s Cross. Clear golden body. Lacing rings down the glass from a dissipating white head. Smell of herbal hops and grainy malts. Orange fruits mingled with bread and earth to the taste buds. Mild resinous bitterness to the finish. Well balanced. Easy to drink and easy to like (London 27.11.2015).

Fra fat på Bishops Arms, Umeå 11 Jul 15. Gyldenbrun. Filmskum. Beskjeden fruktaroma. Fersken. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken behagelig & balansert. Svakt syrlig frukt som avslutter ekstra syrlig. Bra - men “tannløs”.

Tap at Bull in Sonning with dad. 16th October 15. Looks fine, little aroma, standard golden, flavour, pretty insipid, uninspired, nothing to distinguish this boring cask offering

Cask at St Albans beer festival 2015, St Albans, Herts. A golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Vague hoppy, malty aroma. Tastes similar, slightly hoppy, malty, fruity. This was thin and really quite poor, Fullers should forget these low alcohol efforts and concentrate on the heavies.

Cask at the Blackbird. Pours gold with a white head. Aromna seems floral/fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is malty in a light way, floral; fruit. A bitterness that is so non-USA it’s tough to describe. Bitter malt? Don’t think so. Really biter hop? I’m uncertain. Darn good IMHO.
