A light golden blonde ale, brewed with Maris Otter extra pale malt and our own strain of ale yeast. We use Slovenian Cedliea hops for a crip slightly herbal hop flavour and American Bravo and cascade to give a depth of hop flavour and fruitiness.

Pint at the Townhouse, Ely. Light gold, clear with a small white head. Lots of lacing. A bit of seawater and citrus aroma. Full fruity bittersweet citrus taste, with a salty/astringent finish. Not bad.
