APPEARANCE: gold colour and clear. medium off-white head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop flavour (faint tropical fruit, low pine, slight fresh), followed by a slightly sweet and neutral malt background. medium-high bitterness that lasts into a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice IPA.
