Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (29A: passionfruit, mango, guava / base: 23G). Can 33 cl - Batch TG1123 (BB: 12/2024). AROMA: medium salty aroma of mango and guava with a smooth sourness. APPEARANCE: light orange body and hazy. low white head with no retention. TASTE: medium-low mango and guava flavor with medium-low to low saltiness. low doughy malt flavor. unusual bitterness. finishes dry with some yeasty aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a fruited gose with good aromas but with some unusual flavor notes.
