Review based on the BJCP Mead 2015 guidelines (style M3B). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 23102020. AROMA: medium-high honey aroma with medium-low spices (clove, pepper, peppers). APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high sweet honey and spices (clove), followed by medium-high heat from peppers. finishes sweet. MOUTHFEEL: medium heat from peppers, in balance. OVERALL: an ok mead with spices and peppers on the sweet side.
