Review based on the 2015 Mead Guidelines (style M1C). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 08082020. AROMA: medium-low honey aroma. medium-low alcoholic notes. slight cork and lemony notes. APPEARANCE: light orange-ish ambar color and clear. TASTE: medium honey-sweet flavor. slight acidity. finishes semy-sweet. MOUTHFEEL: medium body. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a standard mead.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear deep golden. Honey, floral, very sweet, a bit of alcohol.
