Post CBC in the Hotel - ’Oh crap I have bought too many bottles again’! Hazy amber beer. Good white head. Light semi dry palate. Mild tea like malts. Good floral hops - Motueka? More tea like malts and mild minerals in the finish. Would be a very decent beer if the malts were straightened out.

0,5 l. bottle. Clear, amber colour with a big frothy, white head, that slowly collapses to a fat cap with a big lace work. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, citrus and grapefruit. Medium bitter taste. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft carbonated. Medium length finish with a bitter sweet chocolate note and a slight burn from the alcohol. Nice try - a little less alcohol would have suited this beer.

Medium offwhite head. Amber body with strong carbonation. Strawy resiny tropical fruit aroma with spicy earthy wine grape notes. Dry-sweet raisiny strawy mango taste with dusty floral grape notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, dusty mouthfeel. Dryish soft straw, gooseberry and cedar wood aftertaste with floral lime and mango notes. Incredible! Intensely aromatic and harmonic. Gorgeous. (0.5l bottle, Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)
