Appearance: Clear chestnut brown with a tll beige frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Rye bread, molasses, dried fruit. Taste: light to medium sweet and sour. Molasses, rye malt, dried fruit, caramel, ascorbic acid. Mouth feel: Light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Summary: A decent kvass.
