Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly muted with some medium light fruity notes, but not necessarily peach and some medium light grain. Light nuttiness and toasted bread. Pours a fairly clear brown color with some amber hues and a large, fairly thick tan head that slowly, but steadily recedes. Medium light lacing and moderate legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with some light acidity. Some medium light toasted bread, toffee and nuttiness. Quite a bit of fruitiness, but it doesn’t necessarily come across as peach. Some oak notes with bourbon character. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer, but a bit odd. I guess they were going for a pecan pie type thing but it comes across more as a tart. The fruit notes aren’t necessarily peach either and are more just a generic fruitiness while the pecan character is really light.
