0.355l can brought home from Mikkeller & Friends. This is a cloudy almost yellow-ish golden one with a small white top. It also has lots of tiny floaters floating about in the glass. Nice nose. It has a nice little hoppy punch but I think the dominating factor here is hay and hamster food/sawdust/grains. Melody fruity with a nice amount of yeast as well. Quite nice. The taste has a good amount of yeast also. The melony kind. In the mouth it feels light oily and it's softly carbonated with those small prickling bubbles. Is this a pilsner? It tastes more like a hybrid of a Belgian ale, lager and heffe. Mildly fruit bitter with old grass in the finish. A little metallic grainy tail in the aftertaste. Not a huge favorite but nice as a different one. 15.01.2014

Can from Bottledog before catching a train. Drunk on train. Moderately sweet pils with a strong shandy-like taste and hint of herbal hops. Quite different to any Euro pils I’ve had before.

Draft at Beer Run, 11/26/13. Pours a crystal clear golden color with a medium sized frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of herbal hops and pale crackery malts. The taste is grassy hops, pale dry malts and faint hints of mint and apple. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness, crisp.
