Flaske 500ml kjøpt på DFDS mellom Oslo og København som Skands Sjøben. Gyldenbrun. Filmskum. Lett metallisk aroma. Smaken er ananas. Litt søt. Svakt søtlig ettersmak.

Dark golden with a small white head - Arma of caramel malt and some alcohol - Malt body with some caramel and alcohol - The caramel and alcohol goes inot the finish - This was ok

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready, some floral notes along with alcohol, grass and some herbs. Quite simplistic. Flavour is bready, caramelly, some alcohol, herbs, grass and mild earthy notes.

Appearance: Light unclear deep golden color with a white head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Deep caramel malty and mild fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Deep malty, mild hoppy and a bit fruity.
Overall impression: Drinkable. Not the worst strong lager I have had.
Personal stats: 0,25cl bottle as Skands Sjøben. Gift from tfredvik. Probably from the minibar in cabin 9118, DFDS Crown Seaways

Orange klar med lite hvitt skum. Malt, kornete blomsterlukt. Søt karamellsmaken kommer selv om jeg ikke kjente noe av den i lukten. Lite kullsyre perler, men kjenner kullsyra bedre i munnen. Kort ettersmak.

Klar kobberfarget med tynt hvitt skum som henger i glassveggen. Lukter malt og korn. tynn, lettdrikkelig og minner om en vanlig lager.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

DØE. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light spicy and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 250513

Sample at ØK 13. Clear golden, faint white head. Pale malty aroma joined by a lighter touch of dried fruits. Apricot together with earthy malts in flavour and added by sweet alcohol. Sweet malt-fruity ending. Drinkable but rather unvaried and too sweet (Copenhagen 25.05.2013).
