Cask @ The Polished Knob, Todmorden. Golden with a creamy head. Crisp but not huge of aroma or flavours. Palatable session ale with a decent texture.

500ml bottle from Brewery Shop. Pours very pale gold, no head. Flat in fact. Light malt aromas and flowery hops. Taste has a soapy bitterness. Needs pep.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw - grass, light to moderate hoppy, grass - straw - hay. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hay - grass, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, grass, earth, some caramel and mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, nectary, herbal and also has some slight notes of toast and mild honey.

Cask-conditioned athe Bag O’Nails, Bristol 4/11/09. Golden in colour with a slight white head. Nothing wrong with this one, a decent pale ale with some citrus fruit and a dry finish. Ok.

Cask gravity at Pembury Tavern. Gold with thin white head. It’s a citrus golden beer, bit bland, but fine.
