Cask at GBBF '18, day 1, 07/08/18. Pale yellow with no head. Nose is pissy orchard wood, pear drop, straw. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, stewed pears, tannins, grass, light residual sugars, splash of elderflower cordial. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 1 07/08/2018. A clear greenish yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is tangy, with edges of vinegar, floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, white sugars, plum, plum, white sugars.. Light floral notes. Palate is semi sweet, chewy, sugary, lowish carbonation. Ok.

Draught at GBBF. It pours clear very pale green yellow with no head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, elderflower, pear and fruit pie. The taste is sweet pear upfront, oily, elderflower, meadowsweet, candied lemon, lemonade and sweet eat through the finish. Medium body and flat. Ok for what it is, a touch sweet perhaps.

ABV: 7.4%. Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, tart pear, elderflowers, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, elderflowers. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20180807]
