Bottle. Pours clear medium yellow. No real head, but lively bubbles rise through to the top. Aroma of fermenting pears. Tart fruity pear flavor with some spicy sweetness in the finish. Very nice.

Bottle at Kick Off Sports Pub. Pale golden with a small white head. Sweet and clean pear aroma with light floral and wooden notes. Dryish and refreshing fruity and floral flavour.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a hint of green. Steady bubbles. Nose - fresh pears and apples. Light sweetness. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a tangy middle and finish. Overall - good.

It's pear juice, sweet upfront, dry finish. Mi gusta.

On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a perry!

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 (Day 3) - golden pour with a small white bubbly head. Prominent pear notes, medium sweet fruity, light to medium body, light acidic and sweet pear laden finish.
