Box @ GBBF ’17. Pours a misty pale yellow. Aroma of musty, moderately sweet perry fruit. Taste has a musty medium-sweet perry pear character, soft acidity with some bittersharp perry fruit. Decent.

Silvery yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, some wood, mild spiciness, a bit sulphur and funk as well as some slight cheesiness. Flavour is sweet pear, some sweet spiciness, mild cheesy and some sugary notes.

Clear light yellow (silver) color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, cheese - leather - wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dry, pear. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]
