Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is somewhat pear forward with a nice, dry, perry note. Some SARA funk with light lemon, grape and stone fruit. Hints of oak. Light grain notes and alcohol. Pours a very clear, golden yellow with a medium sized, moderately thick, frothy, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is similar to the aroma with an immediately noticeable pear note. Light sweetness and hint of acidity with light grain notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Hints of lemon, stone fruit and green grapes with some oak as well. Dry perry finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pear saison. Not particularly acidic with a nice dry finish. Good pear notes, though it has definitely fermented out. Background SARA funk to compliment.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is pear, apple, oak, yeast. Slick body, pear, lemon, wood, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
