Long drinking sessions will be sustained with this crisp and hoppy Lager which is mashed with Italian grown pilsner malt, fermented cold and then lightly dry hopped with Strata as well as a touch of Mosaic and Talus. A fine aroma of light tropical fruit and whole cluster chenin blanc are followed by flavors of honey drizzle white wheat cracker and dried melon and mango.

The great fresh hopperomas are short lived. After that there are still a little hops, straw, and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, citrus, resin, and a hint of MJ. Just slightly more sweet than bitter with good pilsner carbonation. Kind of a cross between a West Coast IPA and a good pilsner. Nice beer.

Can. Pours clear yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aaron's is grain, noble hop, stonefruit, hay, orange. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Light body. Odd note

On tap at the Oakland location. Aroma is grain forward with a nice bready, cracker note. Light herbal, grassy hop notes and hints of alcohol. Faint fruity esters. Pours a clear, golden color with a medium large, thick, fluffy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium notes of bready, cracker malt. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes that are fairly fruity with a nice citrus notes. Lighter herbal, grassy notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pilsner. Nice fruity hop notes, especially in the flavor. Good malt character and balanced bitterness. Fairly crushable.
