Board up your brewery doors and windows because tonight the DANK walk. The brewery staff at Cellarmaker is prepared to fight off the hop walkers to protect this West Coast IPA collaboration with the rad peeps of North Park Beer Co down in San Diego. We pumped this crisp hop flex with Citra Incognito (a cool new hop oil product) as well as New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Motueka as well as a hefty dose of Simcoe. The result is a modern West Coast IPA with incredible aromas of Haribo candies, meyer lemon sorbet and tangy Kush. The flavor is clean and oily with pine and pith.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated February 1, 2021. Aroma is hop forward with moderately strong notes of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit and quite a bit of dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a rather clear, slightly dull, gold color with a large, thick, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a small, thin film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong hop notes of mango, passion fruit, and cities with lighter guava notes and moderate dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. The bitterness and malt profile is a bit lighter than an old school West Coast IPA. Nice hop profile.
