Keg at The Cleveland Arms, London. Pours clear, very pale yellow. Sugar sweet apple nose with some sweaty pear, too. Medium sweet flavor, somewhat artificial, with light apple and a certain medicinal quality. Medium bodied with average, sparkling carbonation. Sugary sweet finish, slightly medicinal here, with sugary pear. Meh. Very sweet, kind of unnatural.

On tap at the Grain Barge, Bristol, April 2010. According to the ukcider website Broadoak make this for the Lilleys Cider Barn distributor. Served very cold, gold in colour with lots of carbonation. Very sweet juice, somewhere between perry and cider, losing the separate character of each in the mix. Sweet, undemanding drinking.
