BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Slightly hazed yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, fleshy, funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fleshy fruity, biscuity note, one citric, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet fruity finish. Quite drinkable

Bag in box at the jolly judge. Pours a sort of clear grey, nose is apple, toffee, funk, taste is juicy, chewy toffee, grassy

Canister@GBBF2012. Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is pear, some dry wood, mild acidic notes along with some tannins. Flavour is sweet pear, mild toffee, yeast and some vanilla along with some slight acidic notes.

Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. Hazy matt light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sulfur, dry wood notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet yellow pears, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20120810]
