From plastic barrel in The Chambers, Folkestone. Very apple juicy. Not a lot of tannin or other characters, but if you like alcoholic apple juice this is pretty good. Not overly sweet with some dryness on the finish even. Simple, but pretty tasty and I’d like to try the dry.
