Half, cask ale at Castle Hotel. Clear golden, bubbly ring to the edge of the glass. Modest aroma of dry hops with hints of oranges. Citrus fruity taste with a touch of leafs. Smooth bitter tail. Easy going (Manchester, 04.07.2012).

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 2. Pours clear gold with very little head. Slight tangy malts and wet hay in the aroma. Mild sweet flavor, some cereal notes. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Faint bitter straw in the finish, light white sugar. OK.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light molasses. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear golden with a off white head. Straw and grain. A bit of butter.

Cask@GBBF2011. Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, flioral and mild caramel and herbal notes as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, mild caramel, some floral and bitter notes. Semi mouthdrying palate.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is bitter, slight fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter, slight citrusy and crisp hoppy into a mild bitter and dry finish. Ends dry and bitter.
