Bottle at the Pint Shop, Cambridge on 24 November 2013. Poured a hazy, dark golden colour with a tight white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, raisins and brown sugar. Heavy, but fine carbonation, full mouth feel. Mango, honey and chewy malt flavours. Finish was grain, citrus, esters, dried fruit and coriander. Complex and very well crafted Tripel style ale.

Bottled. An unclear amber with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, yeast, and fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy golden with a small off-white head. Fruity, yeasty nose with a spicy yeastiness. Medium body, a slightly tart yeastiness, quite fruity with a rather hoppy finish. A little late metal. Neat. 270812

Head is just a thin white ring. Hazy orange body. Peachy mealy resiny aroma with fruity notes. Dry-sweet fruity peachy mealy taste with resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry-bitter mealy peachy resiny aftertaste with alcohol notes. Nice, and highly drinkable. (0.75l bottle, shared by KnutAlbert.)
