This is a very deep fermented beer with intense bitterness and aroma. Malt, which have been used, are Bavarian, caramel and a part of non malted oats. The hops are Amarillo and dry hopping Citra and Centennial, which is the reason why this beer has very strong hop aroma.
This top fermented beer has 11° plato, 4,5% ABV.

Draught at the brewpub. Nice citrusy aroma, lemon, lemon peel, citrusy bonbons (bonpari), some caramel malt. Slightly cloudy, amber colored, medium bodied beer. Flavor is quite dry, lots of citrus and prominent bitterness, some malt on background. Bitter aftertaste. Nice APA.
