Clear, pale each on plum, seltzer pour.
Strong ginger floral with a soft lingering berry.
Bittersweet leaning bitter. Lemon-ginger, watery, grassy, veggie, lingering floral-ginger soda.
Thin, saline, soda, low abv.

Perfectly clear bright pink coloured body with a fast-dying pure white head that starts like a soda, but dies quickly. Aroma of yes, strawberries, apples, pears, light spices and tons of ginger - very nice throughout. Light-bodied; Strong very fruity strawberry and fruit flavours dominate with a bunch of apple and pear notes, showing some sweetness and a lot of dry and spicey kicks from the ginger and allspice and coriander seed which seems present here. Aftertaste show the apples, pears, very light grassy and floral component, spicey side and ending with a nice fruity sweetness, especially at the end. Overall, a nice and very spiced cider which shows well throughout, especially at the end with a proper balance and a not-boring profile. The ginger and other light spices really show through here, in a good way! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 10-March-2020 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on the same day, 10-March-2020.

On tap at the downtown tasting room. Pours pink. Aroma is overwhelmingly ginger with strawberries buried underneath the ginger and apple. Flavor is fresh ginger, tart strawberries, green leaf, apple, earth. Nice.

Keg at Beer Run, 3/27/16. 2200th Virginia rating! Hazy pink. Aroma of strong ginger, apples, mild berries. The taste is strong ginger, dry apples, tart berries. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, lingering spice and tartness.
