Super hazy golden coloured body with a thick three centimetre tall tan, microfoamed head with a very nice oily top and even better hazy, glowing body. Aroma of honey, flowers, resin, alcohol, oranges, biscuits, grapefruit and a noticeable hit of mangoes. Medium to Full-bodied; Super rich sweet fruity notes dominate up front with mangoes, oranges, melons and even some pineapple coming through, but the malt and pure richness (some derived from the sweetness) make this very nice and long-lasting. Aftertaste is very straight-forward, clean, but very rich - sweetness, resin, fruits, alcohol warmth all really come out with a tiny hop bitterness and soft floral characteristics at the end, but this shows well throughout. Overall, a very nice and surprisingly good real Imperial IPA; Relatively easy-drinking, yet super rich, sweet and flavourful. Great to try and well-recommended if you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 24-October-2020 for US$5,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 04-November-2020. Canned: 10-September-2020 / Arrived in Store: 21-October-2020 / Sampled: 04-November-2020.

Draft at the Fairfax County Brewfest. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a medium sized, white head. Aroma was a lot of tropical fruits in this one. Guava. Some light fruit tartness, super juicy mango. Real nice stuff.

16oz can pours a nearly opaque orange with some creamy, fluffy, white head. Nose has a lot of orange and tropical fruit, and perfume, mango, a little sorbet. Flavor is melon and orange and grapefruit and sorbet. Finishes creamy, bitter, full bodied.
