Cask at the Crosse Keys. Dark, dark brown pour with a tight, foamy beige head. Roasted cocoa and malts in the nose. Oh yes, this tastes damn good. Has just the right sweetness, lots of mocha, restrained roastiness, a little milk chocolate and just a faint bitterness. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Great condition. Sweet chocolate finish, mild roast and leaves. Very well done.

From cask at Guildford Arms. Pours dark brown to almost black with a diminished tan head. Roasted malt aroma with a mild liqourice spice note. Light acidic flavoured out of a solid roasted malt breadish flavour with a hint of chocolate. Light acidic and roasted malty finish.
