Cask @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, apples, tart apples and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Bone dry and light acidic finish. 250717

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours a slight hazy yellow with a few bubbles. Funky nose with licks of corn and butter along with faintly sweet apples. Light sweet flavor, faint booze, mild apples. A little meaty. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Faint warming finish, light funk, light sugar, dry must, faint apples. Meh.

Polycask @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Hazy medium yellow yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, ripped sweet apples, sulfur, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Cask@GBBF2011 (6.7%). Hazy yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some mild rotten vegetables, mild yeasty and some earthy notes. Flavour is apples, some spicves, vegetables and quite harsh.
