Draft at Inca Social. Poured a light yellow color with not much of a head to speak of. Kind of a little bit of that neon hue in this one. Some mild herbal notes, some tropical fruits, light tartness. Flavor was similar. Reminds me a lot of a pisco sour. Wife liked it.

On tap at the Sterling location, pours a pale straw gold with no head. Lime nose, lemon, some papaya. Flavor follows with some heavy herbal notes. Tart and oily finish. Drinkable. 7 2 7 3 12
