Poured a light yellow color, light neon hues? Small bubbly head that dissipated quickly. Light carbonation. Aroma was light apples, citrus hop notes. Nice apple flavor with a decent hop character. 5/1/2016

The hop aroma was not prominent, but the hop flavor provides a nice balance to the sweet apple cider flavor. A little like a dry wine.

Draft: Spearmint and apple nose, a nice combination. Clear pale yellow. Dry apple, hardly anything else. Light body, easy carbonation. Well made and enjoyable, but a noticeable lack of complexity for an hopped cider.
