Dominion Oak Barrel Stout is rich and smooth, a draught brew so popular at our Brewup that we found a way to bottle it for a wider audience. We combine seven different malts and two hops to create a delicious stout, that we dry-hop with fresh vanilla beans and toasted oak to finish our little treasure. The result is a stout that has the bourbon barrel flavor we all enjoy, and hope you will to.

Bottle at Googies Folkestone. Black beer lasting tan head. Chocolate stout aroma. Yes so me oak comes through. Not much vanilla. Mostly a woody flavour from the barrel . Yes some sweetness. Not overly lactose. Decent. Not amazing. Too cold and fizzy ok.

bottle - Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. The aroma is of dark roast malt and chocolate. It tastes of very dark roasted/toasted malt with chocolate, mild oak, and a hint of vanilla. Medium to full bodied, it’s a pretty good brew.
