Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Faint, spicy aroma. Medium body, again a subtle fruitiness and spiciness and very subdued hops. Pleasant and drinkable, although not an awful lot is going on. At least not dominated by phenols and yeast. 111121

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear honey-gold with a thick, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with pleasant yeast notes, some tangerine, wheat bread, subtle bitter hay, biscuits. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, more biscuits, citrus accents, mellow saison yeast. Highly drinkable, straight-ahead saison.

Tap @Skaal. Nearly clear light golden, white head. Malt, citrus and light barn aroma. sweet flavour, sweet malt, grass, hay, light citrus, light perfumy pine.
