Cask (handpump) @ Southampton Arms, 139 Highgate Road, London, Greater London, England NW5 1LE.Unclear medium yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sulfur. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, thin apples, light dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110731]

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apples, mild tart wooden notes, some vanilla and quite much peaches as well,. Flavour is apples, some vanilla and mild notes of wood and resin. Pleasantly dry palate.

Southampton Arms handpull. Simple cider, very drinkable, bit of yeast on aroma and then some stewed apple fruit, some sweetness, but ultimately a fairly straightforward easy drinking cider that I knocked back from a pint. Then got up and wobbled a bit.
