Italian Pils je ležák, ve kterém klademe důraz na suché prokvašení, čistý chuťový profil, harmonickou hořkost, květinové chmelové tóny a nekonečnou pitelnost. Na studené chmelení jsme použili klasické české odrůdy chmele Žatecký poloraný červeňák a Saaz Comfort, které jsou charakteristické jemným aroma květin a koření s dotekem citrusových tónů.

Italian Pils is a lager that emphasizes a dry fermentation, a clean flavor profile, balanced bitterness, floral hop notes, and exceptional drinkability. For dry hopping, we used classic Czech hop varieties Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Saaz Comfort, known for their delicate floral and spicy aromas with a touch of citrus.

500ml Can (Base Camp, Prague) - Pale golden with a foamy head. Grass, resins, herbs and a hint of tea in the aroma. Herbal taste with notes of grass, bergamot and chamomile. Interesting and pretty enjoyable.

Tap at Drinkøteka. Pretty clear golden body, thick off-white head. Soft floral-herbal hoppy aroma. Lean, dry if a bit sweetish taste, bit eggy, soft herbal, mildly floral hoppiness, lower bitterness than the IBUs would make you think. Pretty decent lager, wouldn't call it an Italian pils outright though.
