Fra cask på Bricklayer’s Arms, Putney 20 Mai 11. Dyp brun / sort. Lavt filmskum. God fruktig aroma med litt røstet malt. Litt tynn på smak men røstet malt også her. OK.

Cask @ The Rake, Southwark SE1. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some roasted hints and weak hints of chocolate. Has a fruity roasted malty caramel finish.

(Cask at The Rake, Southwark, London, 21 July 2011) Reddish brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, nutty nose with notes of caramel, dark bread and toasted nuts. Malty taste with roasted grain, dark bread, toasted nuts and a mild bitter-sweet finish. Medium body. Quite nice.

Cask (handpump) @ Draft House, 206-208 Tower Bridge Road, London, Greater London England SE1 2UP.Clear medium to dark amber brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy ! light berries - licorice, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, strange spicy, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. To wird for me !! [20110618]

Cask@The Draft House, close to Tower Bridge, London. Deep amber colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is liquorice, dark fruityness, some sweet wooden and mild malty notes. Flavour is rather malty along with dark fruits and liquorice. Nicely balanced.

On @ Henglers Circus, JDW. Clear brown colour, off-white head. Nose is slight roasted malts, coffee, wood polish. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, bit of cream. Slightly bitter finish. Easy drinkable.
