Rother Bräu Festbier, Flasche von Edeka, Mellrichstadt. - Helles Kupfergold, blank. - In der Nase etwas angestrengt karamelsüßes Malz, Anklänge an Honig und milde, leicht billig wirkende orangenfruchtig-krautige Hopfung. - Antrunk gerstig-karamelmalzig mit deutlicher aber noch nicht zu kräftiger Bonbonsüße. Etwas vage ausfallende hopfenwürzige und blaß orangenbittere Herbe. Milder rezent, kaum vollmundig. Im Abgang dominieren Malzsüße und Orange, dazu nur milde Herbe und zarte ranzige Noten. - Recht simpel gestricktes, gerade noch brauchbares Festbier. (24.10.2024.)

Bocken varer lige til påske. Golden with a lasting white head. Bready malt aroma with a touch of grass. Sweetish malty flavour with bread and hay.

Bottle @ Dolles Bockstival — Bocken varer lige til påske, 5000 Odense C. Pours Golden with a small creamy White head. Straw, grains, paperbag. Thin. Short bitter finish.

0,5 l bottle. Pours out in a clear pale copper with a mighty wihte foamy head. Taste starts mid malty, spicy, grassy, little bit citrus in the background. Low bitterness. Okay.

Dunkelgelbe Farbe, süßlich-würziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-würzig. leicht malzig-süßlich und irgendwie limonadig. Zum Hauptteil hin wird das Bier etwas milder, angenehm malzig-süßlich und vollmundig. Kaum Herbe spürbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, würzig-mild und angenehm süffig-süßlich.
→ Ein leckeres Festbier, schön süffig und ohne viel Tiefgang. Zum trinken sehr schön, zum Genießen eher weniger! 10/12/9/10

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, marzen alike, malt. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110725]

Das Festbier hat einen gleichbleibenden Grundton, der weich malzig sowie dezent gerstig ist. Darüber ist zeitweise ein süß-würziges Aroma, spät auch minimale Hopfennoten. Im Normalfall ist das Bier auf das solide Grundaroma begrenzt, was nicht unbedingt schlecht ist – aber eben auch nicht Top. 6/8/11/8/8/8

Bottle. Amber big bubbles, off-white layer. Spicy aroma. Starts on a sweet fruity malt note, balanced well by hop bitterness and baking spices. Chewy body, dry sparkly mouthfeel. Moeish.

bottle, delivered by pivnizub! Clear orange-golden colour with a large white head. Malty nose. Malty with lots of caramel flavours, fudge, roasted malts. Slightly hoppy in the finish.

Bottle. Orange malt and light hops aroma. Orange tan color with moderate head. Slightly sour stale barley malt and grassy hops flavor - blending off which makes it a bit rough to drink.
