Bottle 0.33l from 1 Minute, Dakar Airport. Cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- toasted malts, chocolate, caramel, a bit earthy, a bit herbal. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral to slightly sweet, moderately bitter, earthy, toasted, dry leaves, bread crusts. Medium bodied.

7/3/2025. Bottle shared by Bruno, cheers! Pours clear dark mahogany brown with a small lasting frothy beige coloured head. Good looking beer. Aroma is ashy, chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, coffee, citrus and dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy roasted bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nicely done, well above expectations.

Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso Il caffè. La finezza olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano indizi di miele, cracker, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.
