A beer built for the day, we notice impressions of tropical citrus, fresh grapefruit, and plush navel orange. Our house ale yeast ties the whole thing together by providing our ever reliable, super soft finish.

3 week old pint can
A: Fuck me, it's a hazy. Good retention though, on a short head.
S: Sharp citrus notes of grapefruit, and orange pith and pulp. Faint wafer cookies underneath.
T: Light to moderate bitterness. Again grapefruit and maybe lemon citrus notes. Malts do come through as lightly woody. Not sweet.
M: Light bodied and crisply carbonated with a pretty clean finish and no hop burn.
O: Not bad at all, especially if you like hazies. I'm onboard.

Draft at Triple Crossing Fulton. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with a lasting, slightly off-white head with plenty of lacing. Aroma was creamy citrus, mango, vanilla. Light and quite surprising how nice this is.

On tap at the brewery pours a muddy peachy orange with some lacing white head. Nose has zippy citrus peel, soap, grass, some tropical fruit. Flavor has mild mango and candy, then zippy chive and grass, soap, a little under cooked biscuit. Dry, bitter, zippy finish. Very good.
