16 oz can. Poured a very slightly hazy yellow/orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was real pleasant hop notes. Light citrus, some berry notes and mild bitterness. Pleasant stuff.

Hazy golden, orange and straw coloured body with a raw honey glow, that's super cloudy, all with a two to three centimetre tall off-white, very fast-dying head that leaves a very ugly lace after a few seconds. Aroma of honey, citrus, grapefruit, light pine, hop pellets, grass and a touch of flowers. Medium-bodied; Quite strong fresh hop notes and bitterness dominate, with a dry malty quality, some softer floral and grassiness comes through, as does a tiny bit of sweetness from citrus fruits and a touch of honey, as well. Aftertaste is relatively clean, easy-ish drinking, yet dry and balanced with some hop bitterness definitely around, along with some orange and mango fruity notes with sugars and malt nicely poised for a full-flavoured, yet easy-ish drinking beer throughout. Overall, a quite nice light-ish alcohol IPA with great flavours, proper balance and good balanced notes - sort of reminds me of the very good low-ish alcohol Aslin (also local) IPAs! Great to sample and a good product from Solace - very nice to sample this locally and very fresh - plus the can graphic is great, given it's a retro video game, akin to [not allowed to say: Mike Tyson's] Punch Out, from Nintendo, of course. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 27-November-2020 for US$4,49, which made it into the store on 02-November-2020, sampled at my house here in Washington on 04-December-2020.
