2 week old pint can A: Almost clear gold with a short, fast head that fell to a ring. S: Grass and musty pungent herbs with faint woody undertones. T: Tart, dry and lightly bitter with some wood and herbs joining. A low fruity note initially presents more citrus than apple or pear. M: Light clean and dry with a puckering finish. O: Meets expectations for the style. No real liberties taken.
